Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $8.95 will be applied at checkout.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped promptly so your items arrive safely and beautifully. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Sale items and gift cards are final sale
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened skincare, body care, or wellness products
Bath and body items
Personal care products
Teas and Herbs
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email us at petalmarket.puyallup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
